I guess we will find out tomorrow on how this news is viewed. IMO, I think it was pretty weak. With the raise in A/S, to the 100 mil shares traded today and then to get a PR about this after hours, made it look like a dump-a-thon. I am sure CHRI can find another Co., if the asking price is to much.
