First and foremost-sorry for your unfortunate loss.

All of your points are right on the $$$$(so to speak)!! Personally, I have tries several times to contact Verndale by email and phone. If I was completely wrong you would think they would simply tell me is some fashion to F-off. They have not responded at all.

Although I do not like the sp we are sitting at currently I will not allow it to bother me. It means very little based on 1-5 trades a day without a catalyst to spur buying. All signs point to much brighter days ahead following the completion and filing of the merger.
