So if you say 15 days past the NT then that expired 2/02/2012. They filed the NT on 1/18/2012 for the quarterly period ending November 30, 2011.

*** Which they never released ****

Now they are due to file the 10Q for the quarterly period ending February 29, 2012.

The last quarterly they filed was for the quarterly period ending August 31, 2011


I suppose anything goes in the Pink world. I knew that when I got into this. There is no structure and accountability in the Pinks.
