Here is the QT fix for the backfill problem in attachment.

Suggest to backup the whole context of your Quote Tracket
folder prior doing anything else, in order to save all your
Paintbars / Portfolios etc.

Extract the zip file in the c:\program Files\Quote Tracket
folder.

You will be asked to overwrite some files. Do it

all the best
