Well there was another one posted today, it was basically a letter from Baltia whining to the DOT how hard the FAA process is. I see it as nothing more than begging DOT to put pressure on the FAA to relax the rules. IMHO, Baltia was underfunded and clearly didn't understand how the certification process worked before starting.
