You need level II access to see the MM's in action and I know of no free service. For quotes Google Finance is good but Pink Sheet stocks are delayed 15min. Who's shorting what will not help you invest. If you feel good about AAPT after reading all available information then just invest.

Your broker should also have real time quotes available.
