The problem is, the company has ZERO credibility.

3 billion shares
Cease Trade Order
Pink Sheets
Post Office Box for a head office
No shareholder meetings for 3 years.

What other proof do you need?

There is no other scenario than lose it all if you are Canadian as the CTO will never come off.

Sell for whatever you can get on the Pink Sheet exchange.
