The only thing I can think of is that anyone, or any organization that can afford one would probably just buy a new one if it were to break. With most military budgets I don't think $60-70 grand is much. Plus with these being a field test type sale if anything should break or fail I would be inclined to believe it would be fixed for free and serve as more R&D for the company. But, these wouldn't be used in battle(that I can think of)so the wear and tear on them should be minimal.
