I don't know how difficult it is to switch firms but I would look into this wholeheartedly were I them. This is ridiculous. I think that if they still have the same firm come Q2, then it's an insult to the shareholders and to management. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice....?

The economy is such that you, as a business owner, have the pick of the lot when it comes to this stuff. If they don't like dealing with you and doing a great job then there are plenty of other hungry firms out there.
