Ficose, do you really think Hennis isn't going to show up for the pre-hearing? Wild horses couldn't keep him away from a chance to harm CGFIA. Mrs. Powell? I don't know, its a long way from Arizona. However, Mrs. Powell IMO, has the only legitimate claim. So, if Hennis is the only one to show, his claim might get thrown out. just wishful thinking.
