Chiroman, that's pretty much my story also regarding this stock.. Have owned shares going way back to 04 when we were about $4 a share I believe.. We were of course at that time a nice little wireless company looking to leave the OTC & list on the Nasd or Amex...
I've bought & sold a few over the years but still hold a fairly large block..
I personally will not buy more shares at this point until such time as we can get the Audited Financials updated with confirmation of uplisting application....I actually like the newly stated direction of the business & truly hope things this becomes stable & sustainable business....
Regarding the selling we've seen this past week- I agree that there has been selling by former insiders(perhaps people involved with the fanotech debacle) but also think that alot of the selling has come from the daytraders some of whom have probably bought & sold this stock numerous times throughout the week..
