Ok, Marty… a couple quick questions. Since you represent the company as CEO, are you publically stating that you AND the company don’t intend to sell shares?

I'm not a seller here, no triples for sales for me.

So does that mean the company doesn’t intend to dilute into the PR?

Can you explain the need to increase the companies’ A/S by about 500M a week before the big PR?



Also can you explain to me how the A/S is 2,495,000,000 and not 2,500,000,000?

It appears to me that we have 2,495,000,000 common shares authorized and 5,000,000 preferred shares authorized.

Isnt that a total of 2,500,000,000 authorized?

Can you speak to the convertible nature(if any) of the preferred shares?

Are there super voter rights?

Do you hold any preferred shares now that you have been promoted from SDVI ihub moderator to CEO?

Were you able to convert common shares into preferred shares once you became CEO?

Do you still have any ties to Clever Trade Global? Does Clever Trade Global intend to attempt another promotion?

Do you plan to file an S-1 to provide transparency so these questions don’t have to be asked any longer?

Are you gonna file a form 3 and disclose your holdings and PPS average?
