Because he has no credentials. I've read his bio, did the normal research, and found out that he has never been involved with a reputable company in his career. Up and coming? Says who? I also saw the 20-minute or so interview that he did that I'm sure most everyone here has seen. I don't know about anyone else, but he wasn't convincing to me at all. He sounded like a complete bs artist to me. He's a professional poker player too, which while that may have nothing to do with Fuse according to some of you, to me it wouldn't inspire alot of confidence that I'm not getting screwed over by a scam.

I've said all along, if I wrong about this and Fuse Science ends up making a ton of money selling revolutionary products, I'll gladly eat crow.

Good luck to you, but seriously, 99% of these penny stock companies have no future and this one follows every stereotype of a pump and dump penny stock.
