Unintended consequences??
JB sent his Lawyer over to the court bragging that he is still in charge and wants to dictate some stuff and getterdid HIS way.
He don't want none of BAXA/BAXTER so he wants to get shed of them right away by giving them the money that they have in escrow..OUTA the goodness of his heart, of course. Of course knowing also that the custodian of that escrow account ain't about to give CDEX nor BAXA the money w/O a court order. 200 towsan bucks is worth tusslin over, but BAXTER, who bought out BAXA is too damn big to tussle with.
Then he wants to tell the court that he has some people chawing at the bit to give him thishere PILE of money to operate with, and he wants it like yesterday. The Trustee and the JUDGE ain't having none of that, and ask whatfer?? Well heck says JB back...I got this G4 which is gonna pile up a sight of revenue when I get the money to work on it some more.
Now since I am in charge, he goes on, and the Court nor the trustee understand the technology..yall orta take my word for it and gimme the money ASAP!!

But NOW DANG IT ALL, here comes the SEC..and the DOJ, poking their NOSES into CDEX bidness...OH VEY!! ALAS!!
