OT: Slow day on this board....
...Here are my thoughts on the company. The good news is there will probably not be an S8 filed any time soon. The bad news is according to my calculations management will be out of shares after the Dec. '04 S8 is done. They sold the remaining shares to the new guy Soooo - one or a combination of the following three things will have to occur:
1) Increase the authorized
2) Wrangle the Series B shares from the insect man
3) Do the unspeakable
Management needs Danica bad
