If Ken does as you think he will, and sells KATX after stripping it of all assets, and no BVIG distro from 2 yrs ago and another for the new movement of properties, he WILL be sued. And he will lose. It's called fiduciary responsibily and he has been in contempt of this very basic law. No global catch all disclaimer or safe harbor statement can protect him. As always:
