That would be good. Sometimes these shells get filled and a real company emerges I imagine. I know they often run a bit as well.

Shell owners probably wait for the right time as well when jumping into a new outfit.

Never, invest with money you need to survive. Diversify, patience, set tight stops. $20 or less in commission fees is almost always cheaper than a 5-40%+ drop in share value.
