Personally, I think We will see Shares hit the market until the STOP Sign is removed.
BTW Has anyone seen the term's of truckenmiller's involvement (COST)with Tivus ? It could be the reason for this Depressing unlimited Shares we see.
Don't these People know the Investors are getting restless?

Also I Speculate that MM's are accumulating at this level to maximize their profits on the upcoming increase in PPS. I believe they call their profit release?
