Btw, HBR* went from .0007 to .006 in a matter of days and then retraced back to the .001's where it traded for two weeks. Today it hit .02. That all happened even though HBR* raised their A/S count from 450 million to 950 million. It's all about the story, aka PR. We all know efir is in the beginning of a PR cycle, it will be trading way above its recent peak of .0025 soon. Even if the company was diluting, it wouldn't be by too much and the PPS would still be way under valued. Look at the volume over the past month. Less than 1 billion shares traded. Obviously over half that volume can be contributed to flippers, so dilution of that level should have no bearing on a stock price this low.
