Yep, I have had my eye on this for a while, the 100mil I concluded on my own from the charts and SS. Thanks for confirming, it is also a good sign that shareholders were informed of this dilution. Diltion is not always bad if it is done quickly, with prupose, and transparency. Knowing that some of the shareholders were notified gives me greater confidence in the CEO. Thanks Realwill, GL
