In my view CATA did dilute over 100 mil shrs from the end of Feb through early March. Check the chart and and volume during that time. The share price dropped significantly while the volume was over 50 mill some days. By mid March that seemed to stop and the share price has recovered a bit on low volume. All days the past two weeks have seen volume well below the 20 some mil average volume, during this time the share price has risen. The low volume and rising share Price indicates to me there hasn't been any dilution since mid- March. Maybe they needed some funds to put this project together? IMHO GL
