No. Just David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster hiding what they set out to do which is a pump and dump. Less likely to be looked at as a pump and dump if you're not a shell company but they had pumped it under CXLT and then changed the ticker and shell status so they would disassociate themselves with the pump. This way they can MAYBE do it again under a different name and status. They my have also done it so they could get more loans?
