Would like to enter stock with a significant position, but I am not clear on the webdigs deal. see link below:

Who are these people and in what way is this deal or aquisition different than the Next 1 deal?? It seems that these guys will aquire webdigs assets, what does that leave Next 1 with? Sorry just a bit confused here, Especially with this part;(Hayden said that his plan is to re-launch the website in June and introduce some new features, such as allowing sellers to list their property for $1 for the first month) What does this have to do with Next 1? Nothing that I can see. If someone here could clear this up for me, it would be greatly appreciated! GLTA
