Sorry Dollar...but this has nothing to do with Zales (ZLC). This is Zalemark Holding Co., Inc (ZMRK). They are an OTC Skull and Crossbones!

It appears Zalemark bought Gem Tv in bankruptcy which was out of Reno. They attempted to make this type of deal with Lux Tv (that the got in the bankruptcy) in 2010 but that never made it.

Then it appears Zalemark created PoshTv http://www.poshtv.com/ and http://www.poshtv.com/about/ which lasted a for part of 2011 and went off the air last October. PoshTv does seem to be selling jewelry on line though.

Not sure about this deal...but as long as Dan is making money from Zalemark for broadcasting their show, it'll be extra revenue for us (WNRC).
