The cosmetics are not made from thc. If there was a strain of mj that had no thc and it affected your body less than a cig, it would be legal, there's more to marijuana than thc, just like theres more to lasagna than pasta. If pasta was illegal a biopharm could make a lip balm out of cheese if they so desired.
