seeing that the top wall street executives that helped madoff run his scam have yet to be prosecuted I wouldn't expect anything but a SEC settlement.

This idea that the possible crooks manipulating JBII are going to be brought to justice is laughable...seeing that the SEC is in bed with wall street...justice on wall street happens only when they have no other choice due to public pressure and the media....people with money almost always avoid be prosecuted... just take a look at all the banks responsible for the 2008 crisis.....settled with the SEC for a sliver of what they actually made during crisis...

all I want is a settlement with the SEC and JBI to move on to a higher exchange...which will force any manipulators (if they exist) to cover their short position


however seeing what happened to overstock.com shorters still could take down JBI on another exchange...

bottom line the system is rigged in the house's favor
