No sweat, once those filings come, we will know. I'd look for that 2nd q this week. I WANT To see the third within 2 weeks of that filing, but what I WANT is not a determinant of when that comes. Let's just get the 2nd in and hope. Also, it is possible the 10k can be done in conjunction w the third Q. So, that is a spot of hope. But, at this point the auditors have all the info, and Parent has very important business in Africa. So... Shelley is the one who will most likely coordinate w the auditors.
