I have read the filings and am not happy with what has been said.
Please do not take the following as bashing of any sort just some things that were on my mind fwiw. STILL OWN THE 1mil SHARES!

Canna cig is priced at 120$ then down to 90$ with the active agent.

How is this any different then an E-cig?

I am aware of several other items on the market that provide this function already that are being pushed into the market and are dominating.
There are ones for solids and ones for flowers that are already on the market that provide what this item does already.
The price per unit for some is in the same realm.

They have several levels of this type of item with a 1 year warranty etc.
This is one of many items that have been hitting the market as of late. I have also been doing great with the fuel heated vaporizers rather then all of the electrical bs.

I can put this next to the atmos raw I have in my store and it looks the same so I am not sure why this is better.. Did I miss something?

My next concern comes along in the fact that there is a 1-5k run of canna cigs for 2 smoke shops? That seems nothing more then a retail shop buying a vaporizer.

I am trying to figure out what makes this so special...

The only relative thing I can see here is the cartridge which can only really be sold in CALI as of now.. I am not sure of how transporting thc cartridges over state boarders would pan out.
Do the have the utility patent to put THC in a cartridge?
How consistent will the medicine be and what guarantees are there it will be 100% the same all of the time. How many different cartridges will they offer?

Most people prefer their own choice of medicine they can buy themselves as there are as many strains as there are beer brands these days so how will this fare in that atmosphere.

SO now we are just stuck with a ugly vaporizer.
IMHO I WOULD NEVER PUT IT IN MY STORE AS ITS NOT AESTHETICALLY PLEASING.

I can pay a fee and have a celeb promote my products...
It happens all of the time so I dont see that as being special.

I am really trying to figure this out.
I have the connections to put this into the biggest wholesale suppliers market who are the proverbial wal-mart of vaporizers so why are they not going after them?

This is a tough market and like I said before I own smoke shops that are solicited over and over for this type of stuff and now that I see the final product I am not sure that this will be a hit.
Bottom line what would make anyone want to buy this?

AGAIN please realize I am only pointing out what I see wrong with this situation.
I here as a SHAREHOLDER to bring my opinion to the board as constructive criticism not bashing.
I welcome and LOOK FORWARD to hearing what you all have to say so please reply!!!
