Like I said you are entitled to your opinion, but if I slapped him on the ask it would be .10 then he would move higher. And if the are only executing the "seller"/ "buyer" that person could be the same person as well. Just like the other day when "he" executed a sell for 198 shares, is that a legit sell/buy? I don't think so. And if the company was diluting the would be promoting this and diluting at the best share price available. Not waiting for it to get sub penny that doesn't even make any kind of business sense. with days with zero, 8,000, 33,000 volume they are not doing a very good job at diluting, but someone is doing a good job at a paint down.
