Yay, more time to sell cgfia shares. So, none of the July stuff will be necessary if the permit is denied. But I guess cgfia can appeal and or start submitting more stuff all over again.

Due to the complex nature of the plans proposed in AM-03, the Division has extended the decision date from May 1, 2012, to June 19th, 2012.
On or before June 19th the Division will issue its recommendation to the Board for approval, approval with conditions, or denial of the application for AM-03.
