well I guess you are entitled to your opinion. I however see no dilution and I see no pump. You can manipulate just about any stock price when no one is on the ask or bid. Yea NITE brought this down to .02 by selling to himself. It's a real easy trick. Then he moves to .10 if someone hits him on it. My guess is that he is trying to shake some of those R/S bag holders. When news hits it will be hard to suppress this with such a low float.
