No evidence has been presented on this board that the SEC in any way approved financials filed by Domark or JBII. The SEC does not issue opinions or in any way approve of financials filed with the agency. Besides, JBII is the company going to trial, not Domark. The argument that JBII should be allowed to get away with a misleading presentation because Domark got away with it is probably not going to fly very far.
