I so totally disagree...if we settle, the same old day to day bullshit will continue....the only way to stop the harassment and get on with the business is to directly go after everybody..... this SEC lawsuit is a blessing in that it provides us with the means to go on the attack, legally. If we let this drop, we may never get a chance again to put this to rest.
I want everybody who has for 3 years now maliciously maligned this company to go down! If it takes two or three years in court to get to the bottom of this, so be it.... it means two or three years that those persons criminally responsible won't sleep well at night and I kind of like that idea. Yes I can be a vindictive SOB...you hurt mine, I go after you, bottom line.
So please let's not settle....if we do, those that do will win, and continue to harass this company on a daily basis. IMO
