That is what most here do not seem to understand. It is up to Treaty Energy and Princess Petroleum to prove they have made a commercial find. READ THE CONTRACT AND CONCESSION REGULATIONS THAT TREATY HAS AGREED TO AND SIGNED WITH THE BELIZE GOVERNMENT.

Man, can this be any harder than that? What does it take? It's all right there. READ IT.
