I do not Believe the Government of Belize was wrong. I believe they are correct in their statements. Treaty did not follow the required procedures to demonstrate a oil find that was of commercial quantities or follow their very own agreements with the government concerning such things. Really quite amazing when you look back at it all. I have shown this board the Regulations and the contract agreement several times with links. Show me something besides speculation and wishful thinking to prove this wrong.
