The bottom line is, the ONLY Victims of this Poorly Fabricated Charade of a Lawsuit are JBI SHAREHOLDERS and of course JBI Inc., etc.

I Want RETRIBUTION, I want to Know Why this lawsuit was instigated in the first place.

I want to Know WHO INSTIGATED THIS ACTION.

I Want to Know, WHO PROFITED FROM THIS ACTION.

Since this case will likely be DISMISSED, I WANT A COUNTER SUIT AGAINST THE SEC BOSTON OFFICE for damages, as I believe they were at the very least, negligent in their APPROVAL of this baseless complaint.

The SEC complaint is VACANT in facts or damages, however it will not be hard to prove SERIOUS DAMAGES to JBI shareholders as a result of this Feckless and UN-substatiated litigation against JBI.
