Regarding your very appropriate "correct or not" qualifier, aside from establishing the truth of the assertion, I think that its wording needs to be studied VERY carefully. I think (I've read all the stuff, but my old grey matter doesn't retain stuff like it used to), that the only statement that certain people are relying on for the assertion that there was any "SEC acceptance of the valuation" is in this statement:

"Further, Domark’s CEO and “the consultant” stated that the SEC commented on the media credits on Domark’s or Sports Quest’s SEC filings and the valuation of $10 million, which was ultimately cleared with the SEC."

There is no attribution for the phrase "which was ultimately cleared with the SEC". We don't know who said it or where it comes from. The allegation DOES NOT say that Domark’s CEO and “the consultant” provided that information, but Juan might like us to think so. It is an unsourced allegation.

Just as a minor footnote, the phrase used was not "ultimately approved", so people using that as a quote might want to correct it, unless it appears elsewhere and I just forgot about it.
