Regarding the "stakeholder vs. shareholder" terminology used in the recent filings: Perhaps it was an effort to use less verbiage. Often times people think using more verbiage is better than less - the opposite is typically the case. Based on the examples provided in the "Company Stakeholder Mapping" section on the page within this link, I feel fairly comfortable that our asses are covered.

Now, here's a new rub to consider that would further support the "buyout/merger" theory. Is ATRN talking about "company" stakeholders or "law" stakeholders......or both?

Either way, I think we're okay here.
