Please don't say "bailed." They didn't bail, they "left" for personal reasons. I was given those personal reasons, and I believe them to be true but also believe the real reason they aren't around is the same reason we don't have an IR or can pay our attorney - MONEY! Shiva doesn't have any money and the new shares we're seeing is more than likely for the attorney, accountant, and basic bills. The note holders are "apparently" not dumping, but a few did and that's not helping either. I'm sure the agreement with Truck is based on performance, for now at least. Truck has more money than he knows what to do with, so he may have an ownership agreement or something of the nature.
BTW, keep Vegas in mind. Do not forget about Vegas. You should see if your son can hunt around for some info, maybe MGM/Bellagio would be a place he could look for some rumors. Just speculation on my part. ;)
