While my thoughts and musings are far from desirable, can you point to any positive steps the company officers have taken to bolster the stock price and make this a desirable company to have in ones portfolio? What I have seen are just the opposite, months/years without financial information, then when some is released it is not audited which means it might as well have been made up. I am far from a financial expert, but more savvy investors on this board compared it to a 3rd grade report as I recall.

I know that new companies go through growing pains and usually don't show a profit for many years, but if properly managed can have active investor interest and a share price actually be worth something. Seems to me that if the company officers made steps to get some share price appreciation, they would benefit and have more funds at their disposal to expand and improve the business. But, if they are interested in driving everyone out or it's really just a shell game, a true audited financial statement would show that.

Nothing is going to happen with the market closed for Good Friday, so we will see what a long weekend brings, but in our gut we all know it will continue to languish. It's easy to say, "wait till summer, or ".50 soon", or "audited financials on their way".
