I know that new companies go through growing pains and usually don't show a profit for many years, but if properly managed can have active investor interest and a share price actually be worth something. Seems to me that if the company officers made steps to get some share price appreciation, they would benefit and have more funds at their disposal to expand and improve the business. But, if they are interested in driving everyone out or it's really just a shell game, a true audited financial statement would show that.
Nothing is going to happen with the market closed for Good Friday, so we will see what a long weekend brings, but in our gut we all know it will continue to languish. It's easy to say, "wait till summer, or ".50 soon", or "audited financials on their way".
