I would tend to agree with you, but this is a public company and they more than most public companies are in the Public Relations game. They need to be proffesionals not shirtless stache having pot smokers who have kids film documentary while wearing fiddoras. This is really my point, to win the public over they need to appear less like drug peddlars and more like a cutting edge pharma/biotech.

The other piece here is all they need is to havea respected health authority look through there documents and make a public release of their findings in a medical journal and such.
