I fully intend on doing that Janice! Thanks for your help and support! I know there are others out there as well that had this happen to them. One guy even emailed me and said that he gave a friend a check for some shares and she wrote one check out to Washington Realty. Then the certs were issued in her name and he got screwed. But really out of nothing it seems other than money.
