Who knows if the dr. is done buying i bet he buys more soon made no sense for him to buy more right away anyway after he spiked the PPS the way he did after buying. Since he bought on the open market it only makes sense that he would wait until the PPS comes back down to buy more. 0.015 - 0.02 looks good to me maybe for him to will shall see..
