Big blake,I have been in a position before.It was a pharma company.Marketing was not aggressive.debts piled up. products were good.pharma companies knew that it was for sale Each interested parties would come and try to offer the least they could get away with.I still hung on till a buyer came with an offer.It wsa not the best offer but was sold.today the pps of that is $12.50.So in my mind bankruptcy is the last thing before that you would get offers.may not the best but enough for shareholders to make a decent profit.This is a worse come situation,on the oter hand it may do very well if sales are substantial and PPSwould rise by its own.
