Ok, this thing with YA and the death spiral financing that they provide is criminal.. but the politicians need their hedge funds now more then ever since they cant participate in insider buying and selling of which they were privy to in the past.

Dilution? What the heck is that. That is, whey your shares loose value because more shares are issued into the market.

I think NEOM really needs to find someone else to finance them. I think that this is whats going on right now. I think a transfer of shares have taken place. The 10q for march 31st will tell the beginning part of this story.

Where would NEOM be if YA never provided the cash to continue operating? Dilution.... what about no value because they disappeared in to BK land! Where would you be then. Also stock issued from within the company are also used to negotiate deals. which the cookies at NEOM have only figured out how to do as they burn their own asses with something that could provide so much more. LM does not deserve the wage she makes, especially with not skin in the game. I would like to see more insiders board members and employees throw down and get involved! what would that do to the stock if they all started doing that right now

there is a connection between ebay, paypal and redlaser. somehow, but what? this has been talked about very little. every time its brought up, POP jumps in and says its not possible cause ebay cant sub lic. Either way, there is a connection, and maybe thats why Global Ip is involved on the legal side. But hold on, I was told by someone they are here to sell the patents? Really?

DRSS is a darn surprise to all of us. however it has caused that ugly beast called YA to rear its head.. damn it dilution? really,.. it kept the pulse to this little turd of a company for the last few years. For that i am glad I have only had skin in the game since this august. But found NEOM back in 03. With the Dr. SS buying shares on the Open market also provided us shareholders that real interest in the technology is there.

I keep reading about NFC and really think that might have its place. But that is going to be a smaller and trickier market to fully develop versus QR codes.

So In summary, There is demand for the IP, a big share holder on board that has his own agenda. It shows some real postive strength, but without those other ? marks being answered, it will move side ways for a bit.
