Pop, just like someone else posted. I doubt the 10k is gonna give anyone the info they need. that ended dec 31st of 2011. the next 10Q which would cover Q1 for the firm ended on march 31st. That is the form that would have an update for this past Quarter


So much Bull ship regarding why the 10k will be late. It is not that they are updating info because of what has just happened. It is because we are on our thrid CFO while in the process of a move... ect ect ect. they dont have there shit together to get it done on time. But they are trying to be forth right by filing to file late.

There will be a huge sell off after the 10k. if there is news before the 10k I would sell the minute it is released! Just My Opinion?

Right POPS? 10Q not the 10K?
