After a phone conversation with another member of this board this afternoon I found I made a error in my original post.

The only way IMGG can deliver 257,365,741 Shares to Cranshire is by using those from the float. I believe IMGG is authorized 750 million shares total. This will make the outstanding Shares for IMGG about 665.9 million shares. This will create dilution for the current shareholders.

This does not include any other lenders at this time. I dont know if they are in court getting thier shares reset or not?


I guess we will see when the 10K is published.
