JV Agreement Between Mindpix Corp and Church Hill Lloyd Has Been Cancelled

Mindpix Corp’s, President, Armando Almirall, said today that Mindpix Corp was regretful that the joint venture agreement with Church Hill Lloyd could not be finalized owing to certain time lines not being met and personal indifference’s between the parties. After full evaluation and due diligence of all companies involved with the Platinum Access Society Joint Venture, the Mindpix Corp Board of Directors decided it was in the shareholders best interest to withdrawal from the joint venture. We wish Church Hill Loyd and the Global Companies success and prosperity.
