(INFO FROM CHILE AT THE TIME) I was acused by HR of not knowing AND BEING SPECULATIVE (I KNEW) He did SHOW UP but at the beginning He was not going to show up at the AGM meeting. The deal was not done and that was the reason. Two months later still the deal is not done. I know it will but it was not done then.
