Funny article, "gov. Slams Qtrax" there was no slamming being done, Blln failed to update documents hence the trading halt, I will admit that things don't look good in fact very bad right now, but to misrepresent the truth is a disgrace and a perfect example of manipulation spin that goes on everyday everywhere.
